- Grief Support Inquiries & Phone Calls: When you call an Ele’s Place branch, you speak directly with our Clinical Program Staff. Enrollment forms are sent only to a parent or legal guardian.
- Online Donations: Online gifts are processed securely through Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. Ele’s Place does not store credit card numbers on this website.
- Connecting Hearts Tributes: If you submit a tribute heart on our Create Your Heart page, only the dedication, honoree first name, short message, and heart design you choose to share are submitted for moderation before appearing in the Connecting Hearts Community Collage.
- Email Updates & Inquiry Forms: If you submit an inquiry form or sign up for updates, we use your contact details solely to respond to your request or send Ele’s Place updates.
How We Protect Your Information
- We never sell, rent, or trade our contact or donor lists with other organizations or businesses.
- We do not ask children to submit personal information on this website.
