Children & Teens
The Ele’s Place peer grief support group programs offer children and teens, ages 3-18, the opportunity to connect with others who have also experienced the death of someone in their lives. Our groups are designed to provide an emotionally safe environment that encourages trust and sharing.
Our children and teen groups are facilitated by trained volunteers and overseen by licensed Clinical Program Staff. Adult groups for the primary parent(s)/guardian(s) are led by licensed Clinicians. Peer Support Groups take place during the evening at our three branch locations in Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Grand Rapids.
Parents & Guardians
It’s important to be able to support adults in their grief, so they can be more present with their child’s/teen’s grief. Support groups for the parents/guardians of Ele’s Place children/teens are facilitated by Licensed Clinicians.
We also offer adult groups for parents/guardians that take place while your children or teens are attending Ele’s Place. Adult support groups are led by licenses Clinicians.
